Our client, well-known Luxury Brand, specializing in handbags fine jewelry, watches and accessories, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team.
Job Duties
- Monitor and analyze retail sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and finance, to align business goals and optimize overall performance.
- Manage and train retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness, identify training needs, and provide guidance to store managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze inventory levels and develop inventory management strategies to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in luxury retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
