We are partnering with a leading luxury brand to recruit a dynamic Retail Training Specialist for their Asia Pacific team.
This role is perfect for a passionate trainer with luxury/fashion/WFJ retail experience who thrives in elevating frontline teams through immersive coaching and adaptive learning.
Responsibilities:-
- Conduct seasonal product training, brand induction, and service skills coaching (including in-store follow-ups to reinforce learning).
- Adapt HQ training materials to local market needs, incorporating consumer insights to refine selling techniques.
- Deliver regular briefings for retail staff to ensure brand and product knowledge alignment.
- Develop and administer training programs (e-learning, logistics, records) while providing feedback and insights to enhance training effectiveness.
- Support CX initiatives, in-store animations, and special launches with tailored coaching.
