Our client, a Medical Device Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Conduct in-depth research and gather market information in Hong Kong and overseas, understanding industry trends, market demands, competitive landscape, and changes in policies and regulations.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to accurately grasp market trends and potential opportunities, providing strong support for the company's product positioning and sales strategy development.
- Actively expand and maintain relationships with hospitals and local professional medical device distributors in Hong Kong and overseas, establishing long-term and stable partnerships with clients, understanding hospital needs and pain points, and providing them with professional solutions.
- Proactively seek potential sales opportunities by participating in industry exhibitions, seminars, academic activities, etc., to expand the company's product awareness and influence.
- Organize and manage the bidding and tendering process, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Must be based in Hong Kong as the primary work location.
- Familiar with the development and commercial operation environment of medical devices.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Knowledgeable about relevant R&D projects and funding schemes in Hong Kong.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Familiar with local hospital bidding and tendering processes and other relevant policies, with resources in Tier-3A hospitals or medical device distributors preferred.
