Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to team members
- Arrange business trips, conference calls and meetings to top and senior management
- Expense reimbursement and other logistic following tasks
- Maintain filing system and file documents timely and systematically
- Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as required
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- At least 2 years administrative and secretarial experience in Financial Institutions or Banks
- Experience in arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and business trips
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good commend in Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
