Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

Act as the primary contact point between IT and stakeholders during project cycles to streamline finance workflow processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls.
Understand users' needs and consolidate requirements for finance projects
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define solutions, assist senior-level business stakeholders in making decisions. This includes conducting option evaluations, prioritization exercises, cost & benefit analyses, and establishing timelines.
Provide project status updates, assess risks, escalate issues, and propose mitigation strategies and alternatives to project managers.
Perform data analysis and mapping in collaboration with finance teams.
Perform workflow drawing using Visio or draw.io.
Prepare presentation decks for management or project stakeholders.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

Job Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management, preferably within the banking or insurance industry.
Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to collaborate effectively with IT, operations, and business units.
Strong project management skills, complemented by analytical and time management abilities.
Experience in handling large datasets and performing financial analysis.
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). Candidates with knowledge of Oracle systems, Alteryx, Power BI, Hyperion, and AS400 would be an added advantage.
