Senior Accounting Manager, Pension Business (HK$70K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 27337)
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Manage, coordinate and supervise the activities of the MPF and/or ORSO funds transactions and settlement
- Supervise subordinates in conducting cash and position reconciliations, preparing portfolio valuations and NAV calculation
- Ensure proper and complete accounting records are maintained in the system
- Manage daily fund subscription and redemption and MPF funds
- Collaborate with IT department for system enhancement initiatives
- Prepare management reports, interim/annual financial statements, regulatory filings and monthly fund expense reports in compliance with MPFA requirements
- Handle ad hoc assignment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- Qualified Accountant or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Pension/Fund business
- Experience in leading a team and providing guidance to sub-ordinates
- Excellent analytical skills, acumen in Accounting, Finance and Control logic
- Familiar in MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
