Senior Compliance Manager (HK$70K - $85K) (Ref. No.: 26403)
Our client, a Life Insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide compliance advisory to internal departments
- Develop and update compliance policies and guidelines
- Review policies and procedures developed by the first line of defense to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
- Perform compliance review
- Development and delivery of compliance trainings to business units
- Identify new relevant legislations, regulations and codes arising from regulatory bodies
- Liaise with regulators
- Perform ad hoc compliance projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in Law, Accounting, Audit or related disciplines;
- 8 years+ of experience in banking / insurance industry
- With exposure in regulatory compliance, financial crime compliance, audit, risk or control management
- Well-verse in SFC, IA related legislations and guidelines
- Understanding of insurance regulatory framework of different lines of businesses
- Good natured, strong work ethics and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent literacy in both English and Chinese
