Our client, a well-established life insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
- Develop and deliver training to all distribution channels on life insurance area
- Conduct the on-site training for different channels
- Conduct the new product launch Training and follow-up workshops
- Provide the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training
- Work on various ad-hoc training projects
- Develop the sales tools, prepare and enhance training materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program by monitoring the business results
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder or equivalent qualification
- Passes in IIQE / LOMA or financial planning related professional qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience at Training area in the Financial Planning Industry
- Insurance frontlines experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, excellent in writing Chinese and English
