Senior Manager / Manager, Application Systems (HK$80K - 120K monthly) (Ref. No.: 26518)
Our client, regarded as one of the fastest growing organizations in her industry, is looking for IT professional to join them. You will act as the IT leader to ensure application systems respond timely to the community’s growing needs and meet the challenges of the rapid changes and emerging technologies worldwide.
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of internal staff in their day-to-day activities, covering new technology tools, and other custom-built / off-the-shelf package solutions;
- Manage the internal key stakeholders and outside contractors;
- Carry out business process re-engineering exercises and recommend areas of improvement;
- Assist to identify and evaluate the latest technology and tools to improve the user experience of the information systems; and
- Plan, monitor and control the assigned strategic projects in the capacity of a project manager or project lead when required in order to meet the project timeline, quality and costs.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 15 years of solid hands-on business knowledge and project implementation experience preferably inlarge-scale off-the-shelf ERP packages such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness with a particular focus on CRM, Student Information Systems, Financial systems.
- Proven hands-on experience in deployment of project governance, change management, project management, business processes review and design;
- Good leadership, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills, and the willingness to drive changes in a complex environment; and
- Good interpersonal skills so as to influence and communicate with all levels.
- Fluency in Cantonese & English is mandatory.
- Candidates with less experience will consider for Manager role.
