Senior Manager/Manager, Financial Reporting (HK$45K - $70K) (Ref. No.: 26535)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Prepare / Review financial reports relating to HKMA, CBRC, Head Office or other regulatory or Census bodies
- Assist with overseeing the preparation of month-end and year-end closing
- Implement new accounting standards and polices and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and relevant standards, guidelines, procedures and local regulatory requirements
- Maintain good internal control & ensure effectiveness in financial reporting
- Ad hoc support duties related to financial reporting function
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/finance or related or preferably with a recognized professional accounting qualification
- At least 5 years’ financial reporting experience gained from the banking industry, comprehensive knowledge and solid experience in regulatory reporting
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese including Putonghua
- Self-starter, proactive, ability to work independently and under pressure
