Senior Officer, Fund Operations (HK$45K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 27808)
Our client, a Private Equity Firm, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Liaise with various service providers, including fund administrators, banks, compliance advisors, IT consultants, auditors, etc., to oversee fund operations and financial matters.
- Experience to dealing with SFC for the regular reporting and applications, and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in onboarding investors and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Manage bank accounts and efficiently process payments.
- Coordinate the preparation of capital calls and distributions, as well as capital account statements and reports for investors.
- Assist in investor reporting, board resolutions, regulatory reporting, annual general meetings, ad-hoc client inquiries, and day-to-day fund operations.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university; Qualified accountant certification is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
