Senior Project Officer / System Analyst (HK$40K - $50K) (Ref. No.: 27725)
Our client, a Semi-Government Body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Monitor and consolidate IT-related project progress against agreed plans.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to obtain updates track actions. and clarify dependencies.
- Maintain IT systems and infrastructure readiness trackers and status summaries.
- Support and conduct site visits and inspections related to IT readiness. with proper documentation.
- Prepare periodic progress reports. dashboards, and summary materials for management review.
- Assist in tracking IT-related project expenditure and cost status for reporting purposes.
- Maintain IT-focused risk, issue, and dependency logs and support follow-up actions.
- Assist in compiling documentation and readiness records to support IT systems and infrastructure takeover activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Preferably with ITIL and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or systems and infrastructure management.
- Solid experience in managing and delivering IT projects, preferably in aviation industry.
- Concrete business knowledge and technical knowhow to understand various airport systems and aviation industry.
- Strong communication. stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
