Senior Sales Support Officer – Broker Channel (HK$25K - $32K) (Ref. No.: 27306)
Our client, a well-established Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Support sales operations of brokerage channel
- Handle brokers’ enquiries (both inbound, walk-in and email) on product features, policy administration, underwriting, claims, etc.
- Handle Mainland China Visitors (MCV) verification
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business development team and other Life operation teams on underwriting, policy services, products and operation flow
- Prepare sales presentation materials and quotations
- Provide professional services and maintain good relationship with brokers
- Support and co-ordinate broker training and customer campaigns
- Perform ad hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma with at least 3 years sales support / customer services experience in insurance industry
- Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5
- Service oriented, proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
