Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Liaise with other related parties for the system rollout, such as collecting user requirements and assisting user acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain rollout materials such as presentation slides, web pages, etc.
- Participate in the system quality control and testing.
- Provide user support, briefing and training.
- Provide and review project documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
- Has solid experience in web-based system implementation and support.
- Work experience in client liaison.
- Has solid experience in workflow management system.
- Possesses good communication skills and business analysis techniques with different parties.
- Knowledge in using SQL Structured Query Language for data setup, analysis and administration.
- Experience in handling helpdesk call is an advantage.
