System Analyst / Programmer: ETL/Data or PeopleSoft Systems (Large Corp.)

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

[PeopleSoft Systems Analyst / Analyst Programmer (SA/AP)]

Responsible for the whole or part of the development life cycle, including scoping, requirement study, design, development, testing, and support.
Analyse business and technical requirements for PeopleSoft Finance, Purchasing, HR/Payroll and Campus Solution (SIS).
Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft customizations and enhancements.
Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Support patching, upgrades, and change management activities.
Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

[System Analyst (Data Governance & Platforms)]

Primarily support the Data Governance Project focusing on the technical implementation of a data catalog solution.
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to align with the institution's data governance framework.
Assist in integrating and supporting other platform solutions as required such as ServiceNow and Flow Portal.
Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and migration instructions

[PeopleSoft Systems Analyst / Analyst Programmer (SA/AP)]

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years (For SA) or 5+ years (For AP) of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.x, with PeopleTools v8.5+ in Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources and Payroll, and Campus Solution (SIS).
Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, PeopleTools Workflow Technologies, and SQL/Oracle.
Proven experience with system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.

[System Analyst (Data Governance & Platforms)]

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience with relevant application platforms.
Solid experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Qlik Sense) and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Alteryx).
Strong experience with SQL and databases (e.g., Oracle).
Familiarity with other platform solutions such as ServiceNow and Flow Portal is highly preferred.

General Skills

Resources assigned must be fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential for teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
