System Tester (Banking) (Ref. No.: 27597)
Our client, a leading bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Understand business requirements and user stories
- Create test scenarios for functional testing and define regression testing scope
- Design detailed test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
- Prepare test data and configure test environments
- Perform manual testing and execute automated testing
- Identify, document and track defects
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified bugs
- Produce clear testing report and provide test closure summary
- Liaise with QA Lead, users, project team and developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
- Ensure all features and user experience meet business requirements
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Studies
- 1-3 years of working experience in digital platforms or retail banking industry with solid software testing experience
- Experience in CRM system experience (e.g. SalesForce, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred
- Knowledge in Testing cycle and Testing management, including test strategy, test case design, execution and defect tracking
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in English and Chinese typing
