Our client, a Fortune 500 & Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Client Development & Maintenance: Identify potential clients (smelters, traders) through industry channels; establish and update client databases. Follow up with existing clients, resolve basic order-related issues, and improve repurchase rates and satisfaction.
Undertake sales targets, formulate and execute personal sales plans. Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations based on market conditions and costs, facilitate contract signing and order completion, and ensure timely payment collection.
Track real-time market trends, supply-demand dynamics, policies and competitors in the bauxite & thermal coal sectors; compile reports. Gather client feedback on quality, delivery and logistics, and relay it to relevant departments.
Assist clients with logistics, warehousing and customs clearance; coordinate to resolve order issues. Collaborate in market promotion activities and industry seminars for brand and product promotion.
Adhere to trading compliance requirements. Complete sales and client follow-up data forms, and submit and review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

College degree or above; majors in International Trade, Marketing, Metallurgical Engineering or related fields are preferred.
1-3 years of bulk commodity sales experience; familiarity with Nonferrous metals, bauxite & coal industry preferred; outstanding fresh graduates acceptable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; sensitivity to market trends; basic cost accounting and quotation capabilities; proficiency in Office software; knowledge of international trade processes is preferred.
Honest and trustworthy, responsible, good team spirit; able to adapt to business trips and field work.
Good written and spoken English & Mandarin. Cantonese speaking ability is preferred.
Immediately availability is highly preferable.
