Vice President, Investment Banking (Ref. No.: 27630)
Our client, a Leading Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Focus on execution in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Businesses, covering IPO, ECM, DCM, M&A
- Execute Investment Banking / Corporate Finance transactions in conjunction with parties in Greater China including IPO, M&A, equity placement, financial advisory, Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes related transactions
- Perform due diligence, project evaluation and financial analysis
- Liaise with professional parties and regulatory authorities such as the SFC and the SEHK
- Assist Head of Investment Banking in deal origination and client relationship management
- Report to Head of Investment Banking and will be based in Hong Kong
Job Requirements
- An experienced investment banker with at least 5-8 years' Hong Kong IPO, M&A and financial advisory execution experience gained with investment banks
- University Degree holder with Finance, Economics or related disciplines or professional accountancy and/or legal qualifications or CFA will be added advantage
- Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes
- A good team player with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
