Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Spearheaded the design, optimization, monitoring, and institutionalization of core operational workflows.
Analyzed and architected technical requirements for business management systems and specialized operational platforms.
Business Data Analysis & Decision Support.
Orchestrated routine and specialized operational audits in strict alignment with corporate governance and evolving business needs.
Managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, encompassing initial listing reviews, system configuration validation, and daily data maintenance.
Formulated standardized operational guidelines and governed the granting, auditing, and revocation of system access permissions.
Developed and maintained comprehensive quality metrics and evaluation frameworks for product ecosystems.

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience gained either from Private Banking, Family Office Trust, or Insurance operations.
Strong proficiency in operations management with a deep understanding of B2C (To-C) product management and operational lifecycles.
Proven experience managing related organizations, branches, or business institutions.
Rigorous, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly dependable with a proven track record of execution.
Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong team player capable of driving cross-departmental projects forward to ensure operational guidelines and client demands are effectively delivered.
Hands-on experience in information system requirements analysis and business process optimization (BPO).
Ability to translate real-world business scenarios into actionable IT and digital infrastructure solutions.
Fluent in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
